Should I go with the "Delectably Rich" menu of:
- White Chocolate Cheesecake with Dark Chocolate Ganache Topping
- Raspberry Trifle
- Lemon Meringue Pie
- Strawberry Bouquets (which would have the chocolate-dipped strawberries--like I did for Valentine's Day and some delightful hand-made, soft candies that look like strawberries)
Or should I go for the "Chocolate Decadence" menu of:
- White Chocolate Cheesecake with Dark Chocolate Ganache Topping
- Chocolate Cake/Ice-Cream Roll, with Raspberry Sauce (although I haven't decided whether to use chocolate ice-cream, or vanilla. I'm thinking probably vanilla.)
- Chocolate Mousse Pie with Mint Whipped Cream
- Strawberry Bouquets (which would have the chocolate-dipped strawberries--like I did for Valentine's Day and some delightful hand-made, soft candies that look like strawberries)
I haven't heard from the Relief Society presidency as to their preference. But they seem to trust me implicitly. The party is March 10. Which menu would you choose?
