I made this to go with my Valentine's Day cake. It was pretty good with chocolate cake, but it is fabulous with fresh raspberries.
TANGY WHIPPED CREAM
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/3 cup sour cream (not the lite kind)
1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
1/8 tsp. vanilla
Beat all ingredients together, at high speed, until soft peaks form. Serve immediately. (With fresh raspberries!)
